About the Lab
Structural AI is an independent technical lab established by Alma Consulting. The lab focuses on the formal analysis of artificial intelligence and systemic transformation. It develops Scope–Invariance Geometry (SIG) as a structural framework for evaluating AI architectures, economic regimes, and institutional claims.
The objective is to move beyond commentary and forecasting toward systematic structural evaluation. As AI systems scale, coordination density increases, operator layers compress, and semantic boundaries shift. These transformations require formal classification tools rather than narrative interpretation.
Research Focus
The lab concentrates on structural properties of accelerating systems, including:
• Scope dynamics under scaling
• Operator cardinality and decision compression
• Semantic boundary constraints
• Border regimes and structural drift
This research is published in applied papers and formal studies.
From Research to System
Structural AI is not only a research initiative but a development effort. The Structural Analysis Engine operationalizes the lab’s methodology into a systematic classification system. The goal is to provide structured evaluation outputs grounded in formal geometry rather than heuristic commentary.
Position
The lab operates independently and is oriented toward long-term structural clarity rather than short-term technological forecasting. Its work is designed to be consistent, formalizable, and operationalizable.
